津山聖約キリスト教会へようこそ
【教会の歩み】
津山教会が所属する、日本聖約キリスト教団は、1949年にスウェーデンの宣教師が来日し、その後岡山県を中心に宣教がなされ、形成された群れです。
津山聖約キリスト教会は、1979年にフェルト宣教師が初代の牧師として派遣されて設立し、岡山県北部の宣教拠点という位置付けで始められました。
現在は、20名ほどの群れで、若い人から高齢の方までが毎週の礼拝、祈り会を守っており、神の家族として温かい雰囲気の中で、福音宣教の前進、キリストのみからだなる教会形成、キリストの証人として神さまの愛の温もりを伝えることに祈りつつ励んでいます。
The Japan Evangelical Covenant Church
The Japan Evangelical Covenant Church (JECC), to which Tsuyama Covenant Church belongs, was established in 1949 when missionaries from Sweden arrived in Japan. Since then, the JECC has primarily focused its missionary work in Okayama Prefecture, forming a community of believers.
Tsuyama Covenant Church
Tsuyama Covenant Church was founded in 1979 with Missionary Felt as its first pastor. It was initially positioned as a key center for evangelism in the northern part of Okayama Prefecture.
Currently, the church is a community of about 20 members, ranging from young people to seniors, who faithfully attend weekly worship services and prayer meetings. As a warm “family of God,” they are dedicated to advancing the gospel, building up the church as the body of Christ, and sharing the warmth of God’s love as His witnesses through their prayers and efforts.

私たちの教会はプロテスタント教会で、聖書を誤りのない、神の言葉であると信じ、三位一体の神さまを信じる信仰告白に立っています。
特別な信条に立たず、「聖書はどのように教えているか」を何よりも大切にしています。一人一人が聖書を読み、神さまから語りかけられたことに従い、信仰の自由を尊重しています。
Our Church’s Beliefs
Our church is a Protestant church. We believe the Bible to be the inerrant Word of God and stand on the confession of faith in the Triune God.
We don’t adhere to any specific dogma, but rather prioritize “How does the Bible teach?” above all else. We encourage each individual to read the Bible, follow what God speaks to them, and respect their freedom of faith.

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM. We study the Bible in a series format and pray together according to specific prayer requests.
